Storyline:

Two companions in their mid 20s (Hill and Teller) living in Miami Beach amid the Iraq War misuse somewhat known government activity that permits independent companies to offer on U.S. Military contracts. Beginning little, they start raking in enormous cash and are carrying on with the high life. Yet, the match gets out of luck when they arrive a 300 million dollar arrangement to arm the Afghan Military - an arrangement that places them in business with some extremely shady individuals, not the minimum of which ends up being the U.S. Government.
